How to Submit an Exchange Request
STEP 1 – Contact us via our customer service email.
Please email us via info@vaquitathelabel.com with your order number and list item/items you wish to exchange and reasons for exchange.
Our team will review your request. If your request is eligible and meets our exchange conditions, we will send you and email containing more information to proceed.
*Black Friday Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All Final Sale.
STEP 2 – POST YOUR PARCEL
Once you have received the approved confirmation email from us, please send your order back to the address provided.
Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. In some cases, we offer 50% shipping reimbursement; please contact us for eligibility. Once we receive your return in original condition, please allow up to 5 business days for your exchange to be sent out.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for garment items for the same item in a different size. Items purchased from our online store must be returned via post to our warehouse within 14 days of order received date, providing that the merchandise is in its original condition with all tags, stickers intact and in the original packaging. If the preferred size is no longer available, customer can choose between a full refund of the item or a store credit of 120% of the item value. Unfortunately, we cannot accept worn Swim Briefs or Underwear for hygiene and safety reasons as these are an intimate garment.
Refund Policy
Currently, we only offer refund for faulty or missing items. Customer can choose between a full refund of the item or a store credit of 120% of the item value. The refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Once the refund has been processed, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account depending on your payment method or card issuer.
Order Cancellations & Amendments
Due to the fast-paced nature of online retail, we may not be able to cancel or make any amendments to any online order before it is dispatched. Amendments may include but are not limited to:
• Change of delivery address
• Changes of colours and sizes
• Adding or removing items
• Applying discounts
• Full order cancellations
To avoid any delivery-related issues, please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
