Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on our Black Friday Sale purchases. We can accept exchanges for unworn items only, and these will be subject to availability.
If the items are no longer in stock a store credit will be issued.
Your item must meet the below requirements in order to be approved for store credit.
- Request for return must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, unworn, unwashed
We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Please note, sale items are not eligible for returns. This includes any order with a discount applied. If you are unsure of sizing, please email email@example.com for assistance.
RETURNING AN ITEM

We highly recommend shipping your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
FAULTY ITEM/ MISSING ITEM
Please email email@example.com with your order number and photo of your order within 7 days of receiving your item. If your item is deemed faulty, we will send out a replacement. Refunds will only be issued if the item is unable to be replaced.
