SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders will be shipped within 3 business days. All purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Delivery lead-time will vary depending on your location.
We will make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe however please beware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors that are beyond our control.

SHIPPING COVER/WARRANTY
To protect your parcel from loss, theft or damage - we highly suggest that all customers opt for shipping cover at checkout. Vaquita The Label is not responsible for parcels that aren't covered.
CUSTOMS TAXES:
Please note that all customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the receiver. Vaquita The Label is NOT responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders Internationally. These fees are not included in the cost of your order or shipping charge. Vaquita The Label does not offer refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Vaquita The Label cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
